Description

I am looking to completely re-vamp our existing Corporate web site.
www.congressrental.com.au . This is now very tired and needs a complete redesign.
I want the new web site to be attractive and well layed out.

Attached is a file that outlines the new design

The home page will require flash / changing photo images.
Top four pages dowm from home page need to look standalone with their own flash and graphics so they can be like home pages to the various parts of the business.

I am looking for someone with good design skills with reference sites. Please provide links so I can check. (I have seen some web sites done with a templates whereby every page looks the same, this is NOT what I am looking for)
I would like to be able to make edits and small updates myself after the site is complete. But having a site that ranks highly with search engines is more desirable (Skills in this area are highly desirable).

Also require an FTP area where I can put large files and have password access into this area. For Limited number of trusted people.

Excellent English communication skills are required. As I would like to give you some pre-existing material and let you adapt it for the web site without the need for me to do all the work.
