Hello Service Providers

I am looking for a person who can design for me a website like this
http://www.djalvaro.nl or http://www.sexy-motherfucker.com.

Important is that we have a CMS/Editer system and can upload 3 different sounds,
volume button, nice buttons for the menu. etc etc.

The website has to be build from scretch and you have to be familiar with what I am asking.

You will have 1 to 2 weeks max. to finish it and all materials like pics, etc will be deliverd to you. All I will do is discuss with you the concept/formula for the website and the rest I will leave the creativity up to you.

You have to understand that you have to send me 3 different designs / mockups to choose from.
The 3 designs mockup I will leave this to you but you have to take the following in mind:

- You make a flash design for a House / Mello DJ and it has to be a fancy site "NOT A Hello This Me"
- Make use of and show 3 different buttons to chose from for the menu navigatoin

*Media "this is a sectin for uploading own collection of pictures"
*Downloads "livesets, mixtapes, remixen, etc"

*Contact "must have a contact form")

- Make use of 3 different ways of scrollers in your designs
- Should be possible to play and stop music and there has to be volume and mute button
- The Flash Upload Intro must be the Logo
- There should be a news letter option where people can leave their email


My target price is $250 $350 and this incl. CMS System, designing or building around a flash template and making it work on the server.
