Description
The functionality as many of the famous dating sites, matching according to preferences defined upon user registration, the criteria includes but limited to age range, gender, height, weight, hair and eyes colour, country, and region...etcThe design shall be original, elegant and most importantly not very similar to other dating sites, so no web templates or copying from other sites please.
Must have developed and familiar in developing sites in right to left languages (Arabic in particular)
Please note that if you know how to write such a website but do not know Arabic, translations will be provided to you. Please take into consideration that changing language from a left to right language to Arabic for example will require the whole site to flip and become aligned right to left without changing the location the user was on when changing language.
Knowledge of any other European language including east European languages is a great advantage
The platform is Linux, coding must be in PHP / MySQL, use of Flash is not recommended unless the file is small, like a menu, tabs for example or very small animation.
Email notification system must be available for people to be notified as soon as a possible match based on his/her criteria has joined the site
Joining will be for free but other services and full profile access requires subscription, and even after subscription if any member chooses to keep his or her address, phone, email confidential, it will stay that way and contact will be through the website.
There will be an option for sending gifts, flowers (Interflora for instance) and other online stores, however, sending a gift to a user who chooses to hide address must be done through the website as well.
Registration will be done through an activation mail, and in the admin site there shall be complete control over users and messages, like banning emails that violate the terms of services...
The admin site will be quite complicated, for example the site will offer translating messages between users, and that requires a stable system to proof read, translate and forward to users (to their messages area on the site and a notification email will be sent automatically). Any posting or registration will have to be approved on the admin site before it is displayed online to prevent indecent images and abuse...
