Description

This project is to customize a pre-made flash template.

Here is the template you will be working with:

Project Requirements:

1. All text on the template will need to be changed. I will provide you with the text to be inserted into the template.

2. Certain images will have to be replaced in the template. I will provide all images to be used.

3. I want the RIDICULOUS music removed completely, but still want the sound effects for mouse-overs to work.

4. All files must be returned to me ready to upload to my server with NO MODIFICATIONS needed.

5. Provider should be US/UK based so we can discuss the project in English. I would expect you to be available via Skype for at least 30 minutes to go over the project.

I received a PM from a provider wondering why I would post a small project like this as featured and insist on being able to communicate with the chosen provider via skype in my native language.

There are 2 reasons for that.

1. I have close to 100 pre-made templates that need to be modified on a regular basis, so this isn't likely going to be a one time job. I have several ongoing projects and full time providers who I can reach anytime of day, and that's extremely important to us.

2. It's EASIER to find MORE QUALITY providers with a featured listing.

Please stick to the important factors in your pms.
