Hi,

I am looking for someone with good knowledge of flash to design 1 page with a map of the world to. The world map which will change when the mouse is pointed over it. I will then need a close up of the area to enlarge to then offer a more detailed version of the area chosen with clickable points so that people can link to another page which will pop up with the information regarding that area.

The design will need to be flash and look very good and the links and the pages will have to be added by you to pages of which I will provide all text. Design skills are important. Something like this http://www.globalpropertyguide.com/ is very roughly what I'm looking for but a whole page and much better looking than this. It will need to be designed so that we can update it easily if we need to add more info on a country or town.

I will be able to provide all the articals for each page for country and or town details.
