Manipulate a 3DS model

We are looking for someone that can take a model in 3DS format and animate it to “flip” it inside out. The model is already created. We have a script for the animation that needs to be exact. Winning bidder will receive the 3DS model as well as the script that needs to be followed exactly for the animation.
Using any 3DS application available, take the 3DS bracelet file and animate it by flipping the bracelet inside - out. The model is of a silicon bracelet with sliders. You can see a version of it at http://www.blowndeadline.com/clients/milkbands/www/flash/braceletLg.swf . The animation must be rendered in a format that can be imported into Adobe Flash so a FLV file can be created from the video. So the output animation file must be in Windows Media, QuickTime or any of the formats that will import into Flash with no issues.
Attached is a very basic sample 3DS file of the bracelet. If you think you can create the animation, please download the 3DS file to demonstrate that it can be done. We will have to see the animation so please export in a format that can be viewed either on the web or a standalone application. If we think you’re our person, we will select your bid and send you the animation script as well as the real 3DS model.
Last, the final animation sequence must follow our script which will be provided after your proposal has been selected.
