Description

I have 2 videos in FLV format, and 1 GIF image. I need the GIF image centered on a white background to appear for 3 seconds at the start and end of both videos. It need to appear and disappear with a fade transition effect. Deliverable is the 2 finished FLV files.

Please include in your bid the progam(s) / methods you will use to edit the files. I have heard that this can be done in Adobe Premiere with an FLV addon. A link to download the files will be sent to your email if your bid is successful. I can pay via GAF escrow. This project needs to be completed within 24 hours.
