"DESPITE" my budget. I'm opening to see "all" bids high or low and will consider them all based on quality but without question, I'm going to award the person who offers me the best quality at the best bid price!

PLEASE DON'T PLAY AROUND: Please be accurate as possible on how long you estimate this job will be completed and the cost to do the job. Please don't change pricing on me in the middle of the job. It's just a waste of time for everyone and I won't agree to it. I'll post escrow which is payable in full upon completion of the entire job as described when my customers are 100% satisfied. I am a USA and Canada based project manager and sub-contract jobs for hundreds of customers. Do a good job in a timely manner and you'll have a perminant income long term.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a more up to date design for my customers website at http://www.oceanproaquatics.com/about.htm . Somthing user friendly but gives the impression of "Big Business" done in Flash and what ever creativity you can come up with. Must be done not to the point which would be to hard on slower computers to view. In short, a hybrid clone of oceanpro text and images integrated into a cloned www.Oltmans.com . I don't even care if you just use snagit or other software to just copy the building and flash script (I can provide you if you don't have which snags flash videos).
