Description:	Template Features Classified Portal Portal Project Objectives: The completed classified portal design layout Front-end should be similar to s-t-7-0-1 (remove hyphens) with the integrated Backend templates features of v-f-l-y-e-r. The Project consist of 4 Parts. EACH PART IS A PORTAL BY ITSELF with it own specific template themes. Portal Example: the sub-domain of s-t-7-0-1. As you can see the portal layout and features are almost similar. The challenging part will be the 1st portal. The categories are Property (Real Estate), Jobs, Vehicles, Services and Others. Part 1 - A fully functional Property Portal with all the requirement specific to Real Estate Property Category; Part 2 - A fully functional Jobs Portal with all the requirement specific to Jobs Category; Part 3 - A fully functional Vehicles Portal with all the requirement specific to Vehicles Category; and Part 4 - A fully functional Completed Portal consisting of the Main Classified Landing Page linking to Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and two more Categories with all the requirements specific to Services Category and Others Category. Project includes data scrapping (from free public access classified Sites), data copywritting, data entry, web design, security, seo, Collaboration, Syndication, Payment Integration, Audio & Video integration, Video Flash conversion integration, form tags, SMS, Widgets, Google Ads, Banner Ads etc.. Reasonable bid is strongly recommended :) Only Experience programmer with multi discipline skills or similar past classified project need apply. The final of balance 30% deposit into Escrow before the start of Project target Part 4; and 9. Will release Full Escrow payment once completed project is:- a. working 100%; b. bugs FREE on my server; c. An agreements stating you (The successful Bidder) cannot list your company Logo or whatever text link to your company on the complete site; d. Sign a non-disclosure agreement; e. free support and program bugs correction for 12 months; f. complete project source code; g. all copyrights and license for complete site; h. all data collected under para G; and i.
