Hi everyone,

This will be my first time to hire someone here at GAF so please bear with me. Filipino programmers are given preference.

I need a unique, original, customizable Joomla template that I could use for a community/society/business website.

I already have a clear idea of what I want the website to look like so if you're interested to do this project, please place a bid and leave a PM. I can then PM you a mock file that represents the design I want.

Basic requirements though:

- this should have three columns
- left and right sidebars should have enough space for widgets, adsense (maximum of three can be placed per page, according to their TOS) and other ads
- the following modules/components should be integrated: phpbb forum, events calendar, weather, virtue mart or any other component that I could use for payments (paypal, moneybookers, egold etc), blog (maybe blogg X?), social bookmarking icons for every news/newsflash/blog entry, gallery for photos, gallery for merchandise that I may want to sell, space for videos to be featured (right side), directory (for business contacts, people, establishments etc), auction ads, job opportunities/job line, shoutbox, chat, news, RSS and clock etc.

I would need a nice, simple yet unique and professional-looking interface.

Please let me know if it's possible for me to install everything and see everything working without the need for you to do the installation yourself.

Also, if you can go the extra mile in letting me know how the template/website can be further secured, that would be appreciated.

Please limit your bids within the budget stated. If I like your work, you can expect continuous projects from me.

Half of the agreed fee will be released once I see a good mock-up and the other half will be released once everything is up and working. I already have my own webhost and domain, by the way.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW how many days you need to finish this. I prefer providers who can work within the least number of days as I want the website to be up and running ASAP.
