Description

I am choosing a provider today or tomorrow that can do this immediately so bid now.

This is for my personal flash website working under a low budget but most of the work is done.

All I need is a simple contact form that you can copy and paste into the flash and I need a little navigation help. It’s a very simple design I have already done, it's already in flash and I will be doing most of the work so keep that in mind with your bids. (the budget is around 30 but will lead you into more work with much higher budgets) I will send you a sample to qualified applicants via PM.
