Description

I require :

a) FLASH WORK - Customization of a pre-existing Flash template selected off the internet. I require 5 graphics (PSD Format with Layers) to be included into a Flash Template that I have selected. The Flash designer has to include the content within these PSDs into the flash. The end result will be a looping flash animation. It is mainly modification work. Designer can add in some fancy effects if he/she so feels like it.

b) HTML / CSS WORK - Customization of a pre-existing HTML site template to fit the portal's needs. Mainly replication of several pre-existing HTML files (forms mainly). Ie, The old design has to align with the new design. HTML Template of new design is provided (bought off the internet really)... Designer/developer has to create icons for this purpose. (Custom icons)... Around 10 or so. These can be taken off the internet as well or from any other legitimate source (royalty free), or designed by the designer himself/herself. Basically I want to find someone reliable to do html work on a ongoing basis. Basically PSD to HTML Conversion work. CSS Output as well. Designer has to be anal about alignment. Ie, precision is key. Translate a PSD exactly like it is shown to HTML/CSS/etc and I will reward you well.

c) ICON DESIGN - Someone who can translate an abstract idea to a JPG icon or graphic. Contact me for details. Provide portfolio if possible. Should you wish to show off your graphical/conceptual abilities, translate this word "RANDOM" into a graphic. Ie, a symbol, or something that tells a user that ok, this symbol means "RANMDOM", or at the very least, have a explanatory or symbolic connection. Submit only if confident of creative abilities / inspiration.
