Description

We need to develop a master plan for a resort.

We will provide a vector PDF with the plan and a Google Earth printscreen.

What we need:
* Rework on the Google Earth printscreen and make it more appealing
* Impose the vectorial map over the Google Earth
* Zoom in and out / rotate with visual impact (http://www.delliscay.com/ )
* provide hotspots for every building (about 100, similar size)
* When clicking each building, open a layer (in HTML, invoking a JavaScript method) which will have more details on the building (plants, etc)

All of this must be attractive and commercial.

We will provide the website design. The Flash part will have to comply with the current website design.

Please provide your portofolio when appying for this job.

Payment will be done through escrow and 100% of the money will be released upon project completion and delivery of full source code.
No intermediate payments will be done.

We will provide a project manager who will be available all day to monitor progress and reply to any questions you might have during development.
