Description

I have a readymade website(business) template that needs to have a NEW design and RE-arrangement on the old layout.

the script is written in .NET(visual studio 2008) and SQL 2005.
I need someone(or company) that is experienced in design and .net to do the job.
*I would prefer someone that read Chinese well to do the job as this script will be used in Chinese-based market.
