Description

We need a Flash or Silverlight 2 spinning wheel game like http://sample.spintheprizewheel.com/

Here are key requirements.

• Spinning wheel to be in Flash or Silverlight 2, and should be capable of being launched at any size and resized if the browser is resized.
• Our preference would be for a higher quality design than the example. The example is OK, but we’d prefer maybe some more 3D or additional design elements to make it feel ‘richer’. Plan to include 2-3 design iterations in your bid.
• All backend server code must be C# ASP.NET.
• Project to include provider designing and implementing a simple XML schema for list of possible outcomes (the ‘pie slices’) of the wheel. Both client and server code should support from 2 to 40 different outcomes/pie slices on the wheel.
• The spinning wheel applet must get these possible outcomes via either flashVars at initialization or by fetching XML data from the server.
• (Optional: we’d prefer for the XML to be generated by a small C# web service that queries a MySQL or MSSQL db for the possible outcomes, along with a simple gridview type admin editor for configuration. Please state if your bid includes this.)
• Just like casino games where real money is at stake, the results of the wheel spin must be determined at the server and then the client displays the result (with the Flash/ Silverlight client displaying a popup similar to the spintheprizewheel.com app). The design of this system should be difficult to hack. We have some ideas for this, but providers with experience building casino games will receive preference.
• Results of each spin (including name, email, etc.) are stored in the db. Each user session will only be allowed 1 spin. (code must enforce this.)
• All program code must be original, and will be 100% owned by us upon project completion.
• A 20% bonus will be paid if the project is 100% completed within 15 days of the project being awarded.
