Description

I need a very user friendly software,very nice and interactive, with a flash like interface that is able to get access to around more than 4000 online TV channels (both low quality and HD).

I prefer the work to be mplemented in C# or Java and the final work to be an installer file (.msi)runable at least on a machine with Vista/XP...

You should do a search on the web for sample works at first, however this one needs to be very user friendly and addition you must add recording ability for users to record their TV shows and Films and save as .avi and .mp4 on their hard drive...

Customer should be able to update the chanel list and the software must automatically connect to my website to get an updated list of channels from a simple XML file.

Users should be able to select a channel as their favourite...I also need a secure licencing system for so that only registered users, recognised by their email address could use the software...You can implement this via XML again...

Please make sure you understand what I am looking for COMPLETELY before you bid...I will post further details in PMB or attached below.
