Description: Hello bidders,

This is what i'm looking for

I need a dynamic website in php/flash/.net with the following features / pages

The site is about a consultancy which plans to give out referral bonus to people referring candidates to them. The referral awards would be based on the categories the candidates are referred.

1. Home page
2. Services - Describing about the services offered
3. About us - Describing about the company
4. Contact us - A Contact us form using with users can contact us with their details. The complete fields would be disclosed later.
5. An Admin section
a. Capability to perform user registration
b. Capability to edit user profiles
c. Capability to remove users
d. Capability to perform other misc database tasks (to be disclosed later)
e. Capability to send out newsletters to registered users.
6. A member section where the members can view their profiles, their usage stats and their referral money earned.
7. Also need a flash intro

Would need some basic flash animations/ graphics here and there to make the site more interesting... The interface needs to be very very professional as it is a consultancy website.
