hello,

im looking for a technical writer (s) who can study a specific microsoft product and -

1. create tutorials divided by chapter, flowing logically, based on learners knowledge level, learners main function in a team

2. create timed tests for the same

3. sell me the IP and copyright to the material

4. can work with me long term on this job

5. i want ONLY students from the ex-Eastern Bloc who can sign a binding, legal contract with an EU company,

once the contract is awarded i will travel to your offices and review progress

this is a job that needs to start immediately and WILL REQUIRE IN DEPTH MICROSOFT DOT NET KNOWLEDGE - this is not a job for you to learn on !

payment will be made by escrow, i will divide the entire project into its components man months, will place the equivalent of one man month here in escrow before u start and will release funds at the end of each 4 week period so that you receive some income from this each month (however you will remain a freelancer not an employee of mine) - i expect this to start on 1st February and be completed by may 1. so this is a 3 man month job and payment will thus be made in 3 breaks

i will not accept any kind of delays or excuses or compromises on quality

i do not see the need to place this as a featured project because im not asking for your contact info, nor asking you to place an hourly rate, nor asking for any kind of abnormal bidding - i will only accept fixed price bids because the job spec is finite and fixed too --

make your bid and if i feel your qualified and will be able to work under my direction i will release details to you

again pls take care to note - if you fall sick, go on a holiday, get delayed by technical faults or crashed PCs, have a personal problem or crisis or be faced with any situation that will delay my project, i will cancel the job with you and move on to another provider, because im on a very tight schedule and have no time to waste
