I am looking for a website .. with a database connectivity ... now the website maynot be fully graphical ..but shd still have decent grapics with effects ... .. u can look at www.grassik.com .. datz a decent site .. which i want a little resemblence .. not it terms of flash or java ..but the simpicity and elegance.

THE PROJECT IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS.

1. Website and database connectivity(At Start up)
2. Access to companies to login and view resumes in our website database.(In a few months)

Initially we want to start with Project 1 and later when it is all set we would be looking for the second project tooo but that would be in a big way.

For first ... lets go with project 1

The pages would be standard as
Home-
About Us
Services- services we offer
Jobs Listings- present positions open
Rewards - Rewards scheme we are having (want a column for the same on the home page also.

Clients-
Contact Us

Then there should be a seperate column for members login....
on loggiing there shd be a restricted area... which only particular member can access.... now here he can access his / her details ... also positions sent ... position closed .....Rewards earned .. payble on.... (I want all that to be in PDF format so that he /she cant modify it of there own)

Home shd be general .. but with few columns
About us shd be about co ..the promoters
Jobs listing should have the open positions according to the industries. same ways there shd be a column on homepage which should have some sectors the position open and a link to their page

Now rewards shd have a detail about the scheme and would lead to join as partner now ..... which shd lead to terms and condition page .. and then joining formalities.

The whole datbase shd be managed by moderator..me.. where in i should be doing modifications in members pages ..

there should a provision of sending mailers and newsletters to the members.....Contact us would be general. with a small feedback form attached.
