Description

I need a web based chat program written in ASP.NET. It would be better if it is flash enable. This is a part of a big project, so keep in mind that the program developed should have an option to integrate with main website project. the chat program must have the following feature.
1. should be completely customized.
2. fast chat with no page refreshes
3. the chat should have only one to one communication feature.
4. no need to implement multiple users. i just want 1 client and 1 server comunication.
5. i need a feature like after client send certain number (like 3 or 4) of message, communication to the server will close and a message will be given to client. the message and number of message must customized. should have an option to the chat code, where these two variable can be passed as parameter.
6. i need another feature like after a certain time (say 20 minutes) the communication will close and show a variable message to the user. and also these features need to be parametrized.
7. so, i need a chat program with two function one is Time limit and another question limit, i need a parametrized code where i can pass which version of chat will open on a button click.
8. please bid on this project if you have got very good experienced on CHAT system.
9. don't bid if you have not developed any CHAT system before.
10. I need this program to be done ASAP (max in 2 week).
