Description:	Are you a proficient at Flash and able to provide portfolio examples and at least 10 positive reviews from flash customers? If yes, then we welcome your bid. If not, this project is not for you. :) Can you commit to a date and deliver when you say you will, regardless of local holidays, cultural observances or personal problems? If yes, then we welcome your bid. If not, this project is not for you. :) Can you commit to providing an email update at least once a day, regardless of progress made? (This should be easy!) If yes, then we welcome your bid. If not, this project is not for you. :) Lastly, are you an obsessive/compulsive perfectionist? Great! You may be qualified for this project! :) In brief, we need: A Flash Map of the United States, similar in size, appearance and functionality as the one specified in the attached document (more_details.pdf). The map you created will not be the exact same size. We will provide the dimensions once the project is awarded. We will need 4 different color schemes so you should design the source file (fla) so that one can easily change the colors. We will supply you with the color palettes once the project is awarded. The deliverable will be the project source files (*.fla, etc.), the rendered *.swf files, and instructions on how to add new states and cities. Differences between our map and the example map: - Our map will initially need approximately 10 states and 20 cities. - In the example map, states without cities link to a webpage. States on our map will always have at least one city that will link to a webpage - We will use a different color scheme Note: Each color scheme will be a separate *swf file. You will not need to change colors as a function within the swf. But we would like to easily change colors within the *.FLA. The FLA should be compatible with Flash 8. The rendered SWF should be compatible with Flash Player 6.5 We are willing to place payment into GAF Escrow once full functionality of the deliverable is demonstrated on your server. And we will release that payment once we receive the deliverables. If you don't like these terms, then please don't bid. We can't afford another bad experience. Of course, we would like the project to be completed as soon as possible. However, YOU tell us how much time you need. Be honest. Give yourself plenty of time and then please keep your commitment.
