Description: Greetings

I need a logo similar to the picture attached in this project with flash animations.

1. Different colors for the background (1 of the options can be: yellow, blue and red).
2. Flash only on the earth globe, having it rotate.
3. Do not include the arrow. The arrow is just to show that specific country (Ecuador) that needs to be highlighted.
