Description: We have a need for a flash desinger. We are a Technology Consulting Firm in Baltimore MD and are looking to set our website apart from the rest with a unique, non-iontrusive, suddle but professionl, header. You can view our current website at www dot propointtech dot com. Please describe your idea for the flash in your PM to be considered for this project. We dont really know where we want to go with this, and are leaving the creative direction to you. We do however request that you stick to our current color scheme and size. Any SEO technique recommendations with flash will also be helpful. Keywords can be pulled from the source code of our index.php file. We have attatched the dimentions and image.
