Description

I have a Joomla based website http://www.estheticsmile.com that was completed but it has problems:

1) The Top Menu bar (on home page) doesn't show in IE7 - i found the solution but need someone to implement.

2) The top Flash is too tall (i.e. occupying too much of the page), I need to make it smaller.

3) The Main Buttons on the page are not displayed properly in Safari, and Opera when viewing on PC or Mac.

4) Would like to make Main Buttons slightly smaller and shaped slightly differently (i will provide a sample website separately)
