Description: I am looking for someone who is very experienced in JOOMLA, 100% CSS web sites as well as flash and working with videos on web sites. If this is you, please continue to read.

I will be designing the look of the web site. You will not need to any design work or layout.

I will give you one home page layout in .psd (or .png) format along with one interior page layout. You will cut up the designs and create 100% css pages. This site will be utilizing SEO, so will need ability to add keywords to meta tags, alt tags etc. to the code.

You will create a Joomla CMS interface to build the site out in so that I will be able to use as well as the client after the site is complete.

I will import all of the content/photos etc. into each page, but you will import the home page and the one interior page that I give you as well as creating blank templated interior pages for the remaining pages of which I will give you names to (about 6 or 7).

I will need 2 simple forms created.

I will need you to create a simple flash piece as shown on - http://www.essence.com/essence/ It will rotate between 3-6 images with text.
QUESTION: Can there be an external file for my client to change the images/text on their own???

I will need you to create multiple web videos (they will provide) such as shown on http://home.aol.com/entertaining/michele-and-gia - they like the look of the video player on one side, with a list of links on the other side, to rotate between videos. The client also mentioned the ability to buy the video as an option.
QUESTION: What are your ideas for this???

So to summarize what I need from you:

1. Create 100% CSS coded pages based on a home/interior page (.psd) layout that I give you
2. Create a Joomla CMS and import the CSS as well as create the rest of the sitemap (page names/categories etc.) into Joomla
3. Simple Flash Piece with rotating images/text which client can edit
4. Multiple videos option
5. Two forms
