Description

Please read the spec carefully, I dont want any ASP.NET, PHP or any programming language. All I need is a DHTML CSS,flash, photoshop based design.
No Coding please.
No HTML Tables please
Must display on FF, IE, MAC
Just the Homepage and Artist Page is required for now. If you design is good, we then complete the whole page. I will pay more
Budget now is < $100.00.
