I already have the logo made but am looking for someone who can turn this into a 5-10sec intro

Hi All.Greta response to this project and many have asked to see the image. and requirements. Yes I have the vector file so no problems there..here is the write up..A simple animation - sweeping an arm around as the text appears in the curve behind the hand over the head - then figure goes still then joy through movement fades in...... at least that is how I see it, say 5 secs for the sweep - 2 secs for the fade in followed by 3 secs still total = 10 secs. Logo concept is attached. Let me know
