The price and the quality really depend on what exactly do you want. I cannot create quality movies such as in the example beacuse they take weeks to develop and my skill is not that high, but I can create small 30 seconds animation in a short amount of time and for a small price of 200$ per movie. You have to take in consideration that youtube has it's own compression so after upload most of the quality will be lost.
