Description: This is a simple enough site.

The site will include a header, more than likely in flash. The rest will be HTML

I will select the service provider strictly off the quality of their past work - ie send examples of your work / portfolio.

If you do a nice job this will more than likely turn into continual work.

You will provide me with 2 different site designs.
My client will select one of those two designs and i will provide you with a list of changes to be made.
There will two rounds of revisions to the chose design.

Obviously upon completion of the project you will give me the PSD/FLA files.

I will give you the specifics on the site - theme / company type - upon acceptance of the project.

I need the first round of designs (2x designs) completed within 36 hours of the acceptance of the project.

Again, i will be selecting the provider based off their past site portfolio / examples of work.
