Description

I'm looking for someone to create a rotating flash logo of the attached 2d logo. Although the logo seems complicated some parts do not need to be individually cut out, only the most prominent such as the shields, person and staff, and border with text. These should have a little depth added. The logo also needs to initially be changed from black logo on white background to a white logo on a black background.

The project should be delivered as a swf and fla flash file.
