Description: $1000 retainer for JD, broken into 10 separate $100 escrow payments.

JD is basically around to do all sorts of great work on tons of various projects. He bills me hourly and I'll release the escrow as the work is done.

He is incredibly talented and works independently (a huge plus for me) when I assign him a task.
