Description

I need 2 different online ads created utilizing flash media. One in a banner format, the other in a rectangular side advertisement format. Sizing of ad needs to be adjustable to be used on many different sites/search engines. Files need to be usable in mass email campaign and/or newsletter. Company logo will be provided. Stock or template graphics can be utilized/modified. Half of bid will be put into escrow. The other half will be paid upon completion. Please, only bidders with a portfolio and sample work apply.
