Description

Hello freelancers, this project is going to be an interesting one. It will require professional knowledge with Flash and AJAX. We would like an individual that likes to put the extra touches on their projects to make them superior. A resume and portfolio will be required before we accept anybody for this job.

Our company is going to need a couple of Flash segments that will contain an Splash page intro and then an Random flash photo array following. We have the basics created for both the splash page and the home page.

On the splash page a client will select the 'start' button and a timer will appear, counting down, when loaded the screen needs to run thru a series of photos, a collage of photos, until it settles on the final which will then be the home page. Once at the home page there will continue to be a flash set of photos that will be randomly displayed. The home page needs some work as well, but the basics are there.

We want to add a very faint photo underlying the text area....so faint it is almost unnoticed, growing in intensity until perhaps noticed.

We also want to add a scrolling marquis of sorts. A red line through the page that we can place updates etc within and the news we add will scroll accross the page within the red line.

Finally, we want to enhance the world map background we have by forcing a light to run across it periodically.

Most importantly, we want our our designer needs to be easy to work with, efficient with time, and knowledgeable in Flash and maybe Illustrator. Creativity is also extremely important.

This project must be completed in a very limited time.
