Description

We need a "skin" for a flash video player we're developing. We'll do most if not all of the functionality of the player, but as much as you can do to help the animation along would be appreciated.

Looking for sophisticated "look & feel". Semi-custom may be acceptable but do not want a "stock" skin.

Details can be found in the attached pdf file.

Willing to pay a premium (10% bonus) if work can be completed this week.

Forgot to mention... don't let the simplicity of the mock up in the pdf file influence your design. We encourage bold as long as it fits in the overall design.
