Description
I need a Flash Header created from the attached image file. You can use the logo image for your design basis, and I would like to use the Eagle head as part of the flash movie, maybe some kind of tracing effect. The rest of the movie is up to you. I do like the current layout/arrangement of the logo, but feel free to impress me with your creativity. I also like how sharp the details are. The movie must not be too busy as this header will be present on all of the site’s pages.The following “slogans” must be included in the movie:
