Description

Looking for a skilled Photoshop designer with animation skills in Flash(optional) for various web development and flash projects. I am a senior expert software developer with a team of juniors - so I don't need any coding skills. I am looking for pure designers who are freelancers. Designers should be very creative, fast and would be required to create website screens as PSD/PNG files. Typically, I would provide you reference websites for design/concept. Based on that you have to create photoshop layers for each webpage. Each page should look clean, modern, original/Web 2.0 style. I would take care of converting them to HTML/CSS but you need to break up the screenshot into various small parts whenever required.
