Description

Basically, we need a programmer who can create in as3 a game where the user can create comic pages by dragging objects into a coimc layout page. Once the user is happy placing the objects into the comic page, they should be able to print or save the comic page created and to print or save the comic page with just the outlines.
Other feature that will be required is the user to be able to upload their own background for the comic page (these images will not have the outline feature).
The users should be able to scale, rotate, flip and move the objects they drop into the comic page.
Another feature will be a pop up window for the user to enter his/her details for promotions (name and email), that will be store in our server databases (PHP5/MySQL).
Full designs and graphics will be provided by uus, we only will need a person/company who will create the code.

Source code will be required at the end of the project.
