Description

Hi rajcharlie,

I would like to create a smooth flash marquee with the following criteria :

1. The flash will able to read the text from external text/html file
2. The flash will scroll smoothly like a movie and not jerky
3. Ability to control the configuration file :
- for speed control
- flash background color
- Option to have transparent background.
4. The flash will pause when mouseover and resume on mouse out.
5. Ability to read text containing html, eg: hyperlink, font type, size and color.
6. Ability to click when there are hyperlink in the text and not the whole text/flash.

The size for the flash is 960px X 20px . The source FLA is required upon completion.
