Description

Need a animated GIF converted to a vector-based Flash banner animation. I have attached the sample GIF animation, along with the vector based logo. I am also attaching a PDF file that SPECIFICALLY outlines the requirement necessary for the final Flash file and support files that I need for this project.

Some initial requirements are:
Dimensions: 180x150 pixels
File size: 20K maximum
Format: Flash (see attached PDF requirements)
Banner Link: banner must link to URL: www.newparkdf.com

Would like to get this done for $20-$30 max.
