Description

I am needing a flash banner, or .gif based off of a current design. This is an adult banner, and I will more than likely need more and more of these kinds of banners. I really am looking for somebody that knows how to do this.

The banner is 200 x 115, and needs to be less than 80 kb

It needs to include the following code as well:
on (release) {
getURL(_root.ptrfc_click , "_blank");
}

I need it to dynamically display the users time. So if it is 8:14, it says 8:14 on the banner.

I also need city and state placed into the banner dynamically. I have included the code to be placed into the add:

Also, NO FUNCTIONS NEEDED AT ALL - no closable functions, no pop-uping functions, not any of functions at all.

Ok, i'm getting bids, but so far nobody has addressed the dynamic insertion through actionscript, or whatever means you choose, of city and state insertion

If you are going to bid, please have expertise in this field and an example of dynamic insertion that you did, that you can show me.

The dynamic insertion of time and city and state are what matter most, please address this in any pm
