Description:	I work in the IT department of a property investment firm (Property Investment Expertise: www.p-i-e.com) specialising in overseas sales of Romanian property. I have been tasked with website design but, whereas I can successfully achieve all the programming targets, I lack the flash skills to complete the brief. I am looking for a talented, experienced and ideally Romanian flash designer to make a straight-forward banner for the site. The job will require using our logo as a rotating mask that simultaneously conceals and reveals different images of Romanian property/landscapes/landmarks. Any suitable flourishes that can be incorporated tastefully into the website would be appreciated. You must, of course, provide examples of your work to be considered for this project. The product will almost certainly require multiple revisions until everything is 'just right'. Finally, expertise is most important - cautam ce este mai bun!
