Description

i want you to create a banner ad for me. i want the size of the banner to be the size of the advertisment here: http://www.talkfreelance.com/f2-news-&-announcements.html
it can be a little taller if needed!!

I want the logo picture on the left side of the banner with the picture of the store to rotate; like you spin a coin.
i attached the logo.

to the right of that. I want it to say:
Need Freelance Work?
Have Freelancers Bid on your Project.
Pay Less for More...

I will only look and accept bids that shows what the design looks like. I will not except any bids that only shows your portfolio. So please do not send them.
