I need the flash video edited. Here are the changes I need:

Audio
* I need the following phrase removed, "with branch offices in Vista and Poway".

Flash
* I need one slide removed "Vista, Poway"
* I need the man in the tuxedo at the end of the video replaced with the man from the image Lalo19.jpg (please edit the image to fade the edges). Please pace him in the center of the screen.
* Remove the white menu at the end of the show in the source file. See how the current movie ends at http://heaviland.net/intro.html
