Description

Our company needs a flash based two way webcam and shared paint application. The application needs to function similar to commonly used video/VOIP applications with the option for the user to enable and disable the webcam functionality, change the volume etc….

We also have a number of unrelated minor AJAX projects, so a developer that is interested in both a working relationship and is a competent AJAX programmer will be preferred but is not mandatory.
