3. I MUST be able to update site myself on a daily basis
4. You must be able to communicate via telephone during normal business hours
5. You MUST be able to provide ongoing support
6. You MUST be able to code in a a Google friendly fashion
7. You MUST be familiar with Google web master guidelines
8. You MUST be able to deliver my website within 2 weeks
