Description

I am developing a bilingual (English & Spanish) website. I am looking to administer this site via Expression Engine.

I can supply you with: (Whichever is easiest for you)
1.) Psd files
OR
2.) HTML/CSS pages

You will be in charge of the following:
Creating template and creating initial 14 pages (English) and 14 pages (Spanish). The English and Spanish pages will be identical but will be in different languages.

I will supply all layouts, copy, etc. I will also purchase an expression engine license. There will also be a language plug-in that i will be using.

Time to completion: I will need the site finished in 10 days from the start. You will complete this project to my complete 100% satisfaction.
