Description:	Chinese companies are exporting more and more their products in the world! But they could do much better if their export medias (user manuals, marketig guides, technical manuals, videos, ...) were better edited, and translated in various languages. Most part of the time, their manuals are only existing in 2 languages: Chinese and English (bad/aproximate english). I know that because I use to travel to China for business for customers and business men I bring very often in China. And many of my customers who import from China are always complaining about that: 1) No good manuals(bad contents) 2) No manuals in target markets language (French, Spanish, Arab, Hindi, ...) 2) Existing manuals are in rough english So I have decided to propose to Chinese companies to call upon a specialized service provided by me, which will help them to: 1) Translate all their manuals from Chinese to English (Or just validate their existing english manuals) 2) Then translate their manuals from English to other main languages corresponding to their target markets (France, Spain, Middle East, Hindi, Africa,...). So, I need a website in this purpose. 1. Type of website It must be a very simple website, in HTML, without any complication It must be fast and friendly 2. Content - just 1 screen to explain the purpose of the website - just 1 screen to present the different languages proposed for translation - just 1 contact screen (a form to complete and submit) - just 1 screen to allow user to upload his manuals and then quickly ask us for quotation 3. Functioning There must be only one page for the webiste. That means the 4 previous screens must display on one and unique page. This page must be divided into 5 areas: - logo area - world map area - menu area - partners area - and finaly useful information area (area where useful information is displayed when user clicks on one button of the menu) The menu must included one important big (or flashing) button that says to user something like that: "get immediatly a quotation for your manuals". When user clicks on this button, he is displayed the upload screen, so that he can browse his computer and upload 1 (or many manuals) he wants to submit us for quotation. By the way, he must fill a form. 4.Design and look Fill free to propose me good and nice looking screens, as you want. No special colours imposed. 5. Pictures You can use pictures you want to get friendly website. But following themes pictures will be appreciated: - world flat or animated map - business pictures - export pictures - various people pictures (chinese people, black people, european people, ...) 6. Times As quick as possible
