Description: I have a large PDF file (large images and over 30 pages) that I need to have available on a website - you can see it now at qe.co.nz, click on the red button (mussel rope presentation).

This PDF would be fine as is, but it loads much too slowely.

So I need someone to split the PDF into individual pages that are each optimised to load quickly, also I need some copy protection so that people cannot easily copy images etc. The navigation should be simple but look nice - next page, previous page, end, beginning etc.

I will supply the HTML template we are loading the PDF in currently, each page needs to be in this template to keep the branding consistant. However we want each page to be as large as possible within the template.
