Description:	I have built a basic Excel spreadsheet and need some basic graphs to show its results. Also want new graphs to be generated each month as the current month's data is entered. Suggestions on how to improve greatly appreciated. The spreadsheet entitled New Agent Recruiting and Experience Value tracks new agents hired each month, the cumulative agents employed, calculates the number of months experience since they were hired. This rolls into Combined Months Experience, to which I have manually valued their time from a separate table, and then calculate the Team Experience Value. Is simpler than it sounds. What I want to do is have the experience columns change as months pass. Also, recalculate the Percent Value Achieved - i.e. the current version has 14 agents who, once they all reach 24 months experience, would have a value of 140 or 100% of Percent Value Achieved. The model is attached. I would think it could be done in an hour or so. We may want to build on this from there and do other models with this as a start, so please quote an hourly rate.
