Description

Our business is owed $150,000 and I need to track capital and interest repayments over 48 months. The interest rate needs to be changed every month (following bank rates). Every month I need to be able to show what the new total monthly payment is (based on the remaining number of months and the new interest rate). I have found spreadsheets on the internet that do this on an annual basis, but have not found one that can handle monthly. See attached file for a something close to what I need but with a list of changes I require.
